These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kore app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with applicable law and App Store terms.
3. Access
- The app is free to use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Interfere with system integrity, security, availability, or reverse engineer the Service.
- Upload malicious content or content you do not have the right to provide.
- Use automated means to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
5. User Data and Content
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us and our processors a limited license to host, process, transmit, and analyze that data solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
6. No Financial, Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice
The Service provides informational tools only. Insights, calculations, projections, and AI-generated outputs are not professional advice. You are solely responsible for financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
7. AI Features Disclaimer
AI-assisted imports and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review and verify all results before relying on them.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, and content (excluding your submitted data), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal risk, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us in the previous twelve months or US $100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights of any third party.
13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer law applies. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in Delaware unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. App Platform Terms
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple media service terms and standard licensed application end user terms where applicable. See Apple Standard EULA.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
